We are proud to announce the recent sale of 3902 W 148th Street, Hawthorne, CA 90250 in Bodger Park. We’re so happy for our clients Kevin and Stephanie on the purchase of their first home. This was a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath single family home with 1581 sq feet, great curb appeal and a nice tree lined mid block location. Congratulations!!!!
The neighborhood of El Camino Village is small community encompassing a pocket of both Lawndale and Gardena. Frankly speaking it’s somewhat made up but it has definitely made a difference when it comes to property values. Unlike some of the other nearby areas of Lawndale and Gardena, El Camino Village has a more neighborhood feel with mostly one story single family homes on nice tree lined streets. There are only a very limited number of apartment buildings, duplexes, commercial etc. giving it a very upscale feel. See the current homes for sale in El Camino Village.
So How Much Of a Difference Does it Make?
The numbers paint a pretty compelling picture. The homes in El Camino Village sell for far more money, hold their values better, are well higher price per foot and sell much quicker. Oh what a difference a few blocks can make.

Buying or selling your home is a tremendous event and shouldn’t be treated like buying a car. It is my goal to not only understand your housing goals, but to understand you and your motivation for wanting to make such a big decision.
A realtor should never “pressure” you to make a decision. I always have my client’s best interest in mind….not mine.
My goal is to have long term clients. Most realtors sell a house and simply move on to the next deal. I strive to have clients for life….friends that will gladly refer me to their friends, neighbors and family.
This is simply not a “transaction” to me. Your complete satisfaction, well beyond the close of escrow, is what I always strive for. Why take it from me…..hear what my past clients have to say.
It is my sincerest goal to do everything possible to ensure total satisfaction. You will never work with an assistant or staff member but directly with me. In addition I am a full time realtor and have been one of the top producing realtors since 2007
With over 21 years in the South Bay I can not only help with the local market and the key aspect of pricing, but can help with information about local schools, community events, city ordinances and building restrictions

It’s no secret that interest rates can make a big difference for home buyers and just how affordable a home is. When rates are low, which they have been for a long time (as of this post) buyers can afford a higher mortgage and a more expensive home. The tradeoff is that when rates are low, home prices tend to increase as more buyers can afford homes. When interest rates go up it tends to slow down the real estate market and prices flatten or even decrease. See the infographic below to see how small changes in rates can make a big difference with monthly payments.
