Welcome to the real estate recap for Lawndale home sales for the last month of 2025.
The number of sold homes dropped a bit, but priced picked up so a bit of a mixed bag. In general it was a strong month for the Lawndale real estate market. There were 7 closed escrows compared to 13 in November, 12 in October and 8 in September.
The average “listing” price for the homes that sold was $988,571 with the average sales price at $976,714 which was a huge jump from $790,923 in November and $752,167 in October.
Homes averaged 70 market before going in to escrow. The homes that sold averaged $609 per square foot.
