February Home Sales in Lawndale CA

Lawndale saw a pretty slow month in terms of home sales during February with only 6 home sales. Prices were very solid with a median list price of $447,000 and a median sales price of $447,500 indicating the continuation of a strong “sellers” market.

The median price per foot for sold homes was $385.31 and the median days on market was only 21 before selling.
