Take a look at the homes that closed escrow in the South Bay city of Lawndale CA during the month of February 2022. It was a slower month in terms of the number of homes that sold but prices continued to be impressive.
There were only 7 on MLS home sales during the month compared to only 4 in January but that was still a lower number than usual. The average “list” price was $724,843 with the average sold price of $714,571 meaning that homes generally sold below the “asking” price for the first time in a few months.
