February 2023 home sales in Lawndale

The new year definitely kicked off with a slow month in terms of the number of homes that sold but prices were still very strong. There were only 6 on homes that sold during January 2023. The average “list” price was $677,233 with the average sold price of $682,000 meaning that most homes sold slightly above the asking price for the first time in a few months. The average price per foot was $539 and homes averaged 56 days on market before going into escrow.
