Welcome to the real estate recap for Lawndale home sales in June 2025.
It was a slower month for all things Lawndale real estate with 4 homes selling compared to 8 in May and 5 in April. Prices were dow from May as well.
The average “listing” price for the homes that sold was $820,000 with the average sales price at $786,250 which was a bit drop from $810,709 in May but well above to $623,800 in April. The big difference between list price and sold price may be indicating a shift towards a more balanced or even buyer favorable market.
That said homes averaged an incredibly short 6 days on market before going in to escrow which definitely is an indication of a seller’s market. The homes that sold averaged $645 per square foot.
