Lawndale real estate market update

March was a busy month for home sales in Lawndale CA. There were 13 homes that sold during the month.  This was a very strong number but the market hadn’t yet been impacted by the corona virus so we anticipate quite a slow down starting in April given the uncertainty.

For March the median list price was $520,000 with the median home sale price of $535,000 which indicated the continuation of a very strong “sellers” market meaning the market is very advantageous to home sellers.  The average days on market for the sold homes was 11 which is fairly incredible and the average price per foot was $438.64.  View also the home sales and home prices in neighboring Hawthorne CA.
