It was a bit of a down month in terms of both the number of homes that sold as well as sold home prices. There were 7 on MLS home sales during the month compared with 8 in September. The average “list” price was $663,126 with the average sold price of $657,140 which was down considerably from $747,500 in September….and that was down signficantly from August. The average price per foot was $610 and homes averaged 43 days on market before going into escrow.
