See the Homes that Sold in January 2022
Take a look at the homes that closed escrow in the South Bay city of Lawndale CA during the month of January 2022. It was a slower month in terms of the number of homes that sold but prices continued to rise.
There were only 6 on MLS home sales during the month compared to 15 in December. The average “list” price was $855,167 with the average sold price of $864,667 meaning that homes generally sold well over the “asking” price. The average price per foot was $$531.
