It was a good month for the Lawndale real estate market although the number of homes that sold was half of the very impressive month of August. There were 8 homes that sold compared 14 in August, and 6 in July. 8 is actually slightly above average.
The average “listing” price for the homes that sold was $731,350 with the average sales price at $749,504 which was up from $718,571 in August and $667,300 in July.
That said homes averaged 41 days on market before going in to escrow. The homes that sold averaged $534 per square foot.

The market has been pretty slow in El Camino Village with few listings hitting the market in 2025.

That said homes averaged a lengthy 81 days on market before going in to escrow which much longer than previous months. The homes that sold averaged $572 per square foot.
