While this home isn’t in Lawndale, it’s worth mentioning. The latest listing in El Camino Village is actually in Gardena but the neighborhood has a very similar feel to the Lawndale section.

The average “listing” price for the homes that sold was $788,500 with the average sales price at $767,375 which was a bit higher than the $745,000 average in January.
The homes that sold averaged $579 per square foot which was a bit lower than January. Homes average 46 days on market before going into pending status.

It was a great year for home sales and home prices in the Lawndale and Gardena neighborhood of El Camino Village in 2024. There were 23 homes that sold last year with an average listing price of $947,515.
