Welcome to the real estate market update for Lawndale CA in September 2023.  It was a fairly typical, slightly slow, month with 5 homes closing escrow during the month.

The average “list” price was $813,400 with the average sold price of $794,662 which was pretty dramatically higher than the average of $660,217 in August.

The average price per foot was $523 and homes averaged an extremely brief 23 days on market before going into escrow.

The top sale of the month was a duplex at 4176 160th St that sold for $1,200,000.

February 2022 Home Sales in Lawndale CA

Take a look at the homes that closed escrow in the South Bay city of Lawndale CA during the month of February 2022.  It was a slower month in terms of the number of homes that sold but prices continued to be impressive.

There were only 7 on MLS home sales during the month compared to only 4 in January but that was still a lower number than usual.   The average “list” price was $724,843 with the average sold price of $714,571 meaning that homes generally sold below the “asking” price for the first time in a few months.
